Ageha is a the latest “side note” to hit the Shibuya 109 Gal fashion scene. Ageha has more of a big hair and princess look than the normal Shibuya 109 Gals. However, the Ageha Shibuya Gals really have kicked it up a notch with regards to Street Sexy! Take a look at the latest Garter Trends fitted with the latest over the knee boots and micro mini skirts. I see these gals a lot and they really look nice and fresh in Shibuya, Japan. Ageha gals also tend to travel in groups most often so chances are you’ll see many of these gals walking down the street together. Ageha is ultra sexy, trendy, and all about being a princess. Guys be prepared to do some extra work taking care of one of these lovely gals this December during the big holiday dating season. These ladies like to be treated very well and are rich with elegance. Those hair styles by the way are stunning. I know a few Japanese Hair Stylists who do Gal and Ageha gal hair styles and they are fantastic. It’s fun to watch them put these hair styles together. Shibuya 109 Gal Checklist

Here is a great shot of a Shibuya Gal found in the December 2008 issue of EGG Japan. Below you’ll find a checklist of the latest trends in Shibuya 109 fashion this month.

1. Fur Hat - These hats which remind me of Russian type hats are making a splash in Japan with the Japanese gals. They love them.

2. Checked Pleated Micro Mini Skirt - Micro Mini’s are huge this year and they are a must in every Shibuya gals wardrobe.

3. Over the Knee High Heeled Boots are very popular now and will be well into the Winter next year in 2009. The shiny black thigh high boots are the most popular and will run you about 150 to 200 bucks for a pair. They are worth it though and are built well in Japan. Oh so sexy!

4. Gold accessories. Silver is out and Gold is in! From bracelets to necklaces, Gold jewelry is extremely popular, especially the Jaguar brand in Shibuya 109.

5. Anything black is the color to have in December. You can add a red, blue, or other accent color, but black is in now so grab it while you can.

Egg Japan - Sexy Outer Wear in Shibuya!

EGG Japan has just released it’s December issue in stores now. This issue is awesome! Great photographs and lots of new stuff out for early Winter. The main theme of the issues is Gal’s outer wear like Jackets, Boots, and other clothing for walking around Shibuya outside. Poshh Japan has just released their December 2008 issue in Tokyo, Japan. This issue presents a special Shibuya Hair Salon section showing some fantastic hair styles. The Japan street snap shot in the magazine are pretty decent this month as well. Compared to some of the other Japan gal magazines, Poshh has a bit more color in their fashion shots. Sexy Shibuya 109 Gals in Japan

Here is a shot of the latest sexy trend in Shibuya 109 Japan. You will notice that the dress is bright in color and blue in this case. This particular color blue is very popular. Also the dress is a short, tight, one piece that is also very popular. The dress has a rhinestone strip on the back and is baggy at the top slightly. The boots are a bit short as they are now over the knee, but many Japanese gals do wear the knee high as well. Most Gals I know have both styles of boots. This dress is available online from ANAP if interested, but most likely it will sell out fast.

The Sexiest Everything - Lip Service Japan

The December issue of Nuts Japan 2008 is now out in stores in the Tokyo area. There is a full spread in this issue titled “The Sexiest Everything” Winter 2008 Lip Service. This slogan pretty much says it all with respect to the Japan Winter 2009 Fashion lineup. Whether it’s boots, dresses, accessories, hair styles, or makeup, the trend is “Sexiest Everything”. Obviously this is a play on Japanese English in a sense, but it does characterize well the direction of Gal fashion. I noticed that the colors black and purple seem to be very popular.

There also seems to be some debate going on about what should be elegant and what is casual. The Cover title of Nuts Japan says “Black Casual Lover”. Nuts is trying to show the latest black casual trends which I must say are not that appealing. Thankfully they only spent a few pages on the subject and then got back to the real Gal trends going which are both elegant and sexy. Like last month, the December issue is EXCELLENT!! Egg Japan - Model Gossip Autumn 2008

As the title says, this month is all about Japanese Gal Model Gossip in Japan. I found the November issue of EGG to be quite excellent this month. The photography and model spreads are fantastic. I also found Egg to be much better than Ranzuki this month with organizing the latest trends. Although EGG is not the best each month, they definitely have a good issue here, so grab it if you can. On the cover you’ll notice the “Eastern European” style hats. They look Russian to me and I must admit I have no idea what they call these. They are becoming popular in the stores, but I have yet to see any Gals wearing these yet. Long, Blonde hair is very popular in this issue. If you catch the photos at Ricoche.net or MySpace/Facebook, you’ll what I am talking about. Everyone is either going really dark or straight Blonde in Japan. As usual, looking sexy is key and there’s lots of ways of achieving that sexy look as outlined in the magazine. I don’t see much with regards to jackets or sweaters yet. I am guessing that next issue will feature some of that. Boots are still on there way to the stores and Jerry Girl shoes are still hot. Lots of new accessories are also coming out which is cool too. Ranzuki Gals Japan - Rush! Rush!

The recent Egg, Ranzuki, and Nuts magazines have seen the release of new shop information. The Fall season is a pretty big shopping time in Japan and you’ll see a lot of shop info in the latest Gal magazines. In Ranzuki they are highlighting brands such as GILFY, Coco LuLu, JSG, Blue Moon Blue, etc. I found the fashion to be very diverse and all over the place this month. It’s as if there is no definite fashion trend that everyone “MUST” do, so it’s still all up in the air. There is a battle going on between boots and Jerry Girl type shoes. However, most likely when it starts getting much colder, that gals will be wearing the boots no doubt. Blonde hair is also very much in as most magazines now show gals sporting Blonde extensions or even full on hair coloring. Colored eye contacts are also becoming much more popular with all magazines showing feature pages.
