Mens EGG Japan August 2009 Gals Brain

Men’s Egg Japan for August 2009 has been released. It’s a colorful and genki cover as it should be for summer. The cover guys are very popular in Men’s Egg and I think the issue is fantastic. There’s some great content although there is a funny but typical typo. The cover reads “Gal’s Brain”, but in the contents it reads “Gal’s Blain”. Geez, you would think they would get these spelling mistakes corrected in a publication like this. In any event the issue is a good one. EnjoY!

Popteen August 2009 in Blue Baby!

Popteen has released it’s August 2009 issue today and all I can say is that the cover really “POPS”. As soon as I walked into the store, it was jumping out at me. I think it’s the nice blue color they chose which separates the magazine from all the pinks and bright colors on Egg and Ranzuki. I actually like the cover very much and again…I don’t know why … but I got the last issue at my local store today. Perhaps the new cover is working? Either way, the designers at POPTEEN did a good move by making the cover blue. Well done!!

Ageha Japan August 2009 Fight Issue

The new AGEHA August 2009 issue is out and again I think the cover leaves a bit to be desired. The gals on the front are dressed in boys looking school uniforms which I’m not getting although I do understand the title and content. The content is always pretty good, but I’m just not on board with their covers lately. Anyways… Attached is the cover of this month’s Ageha.

EGG Japan August 2009 Surf Gals Sexy Summer Looks! The new August 2009 issue of EGG Magazine will be in stores tomorrow morning. I’ll be picking it up along with Popteen and Ageha which should also be out tomorrow as well. Attached is an early shot of the EGG cover. I haven’t seen Popteen or Ageha yet. The Egg cover looks cool I think.

Update:
The new Egg issue is now out, but seriously I think Ranzuki is kicking the crap out of Egg right now especially this month. Competition is good though, but Ranzuki is doing really well focusing on the big color photos that the Japanese Gals seem to like. Just my two cents though…laugh.
